2017 AIHL season: Round 11

Round 11 of the 2017 Australian Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Perth Thunder, Melbourne Ice, Melbourne Mustangs, Newcastle Northstars and Sydney Ice Dogs. The Ice remain on top of the standings, three points clear of the second placed Thunder. Next week all eight teams are in action across seven games.

Round 11 also featured the Perth Thunder fundraising for the McGrath Foundation. The fundraising was held on the Saturday game against the Brave and was dubbed “Pink on the Rink”. It saw the Thunder wearing an all-pink themed jerseys which were auctioned off during the game as part of the event.
