The final round of the 2018-19 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Melbourne Ice and Perth Inferno. The regular season finishes with the Melbourne Ice in first place, six points ahead of the Sydney Sirens. The Perth Inferno finish third and the Brisbane Goannas finish in fourth place. Competition resumes on 9 March with the playoffs being held at the Adelaide Ice Arena. In the semifinals the Ice will take on the Goannas and the Sirens will play the Inferno.
