The Australian men’s national under-18 team have lost 1-2 to the Netherlands in their second game of the 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship Division II Group B. In other games of the day China beat Belgium 6-4 and Serbia defeated Croatia 4-1. After the end of second round Australia has moved up a place in the standings to fifth while Serbia continues to lead the competition. The teams have a rest day today and return on Thursday where Australia will take on China. The two teams last met in 2015 at the World Championship Division II Group B tournament where China won 8-1.
