The website National Teams of Ice Hockey has reported that the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation has cancelled their Women’s national team tour to Australia due to a lack of player interest. The New Zealand Women’s national team were scheduled to play a two-game series against the Melbourne Ice Women and Sydney Sirens in October.
