The Adelaide Avalanche have announced their first three players ahead of the 2022 Pacific Hockey League season.

– Nathaniel Benson: Most recently with the Carleton Place Jr. Canadians in the Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2 during the 2019-20 season. Played in 46 AIHL games for the Adelaide Adrenaline and recorded eight points.
– Joey MacDougall: Most recently with the Adelaide Adrenaline during the 2019 AIHL season. Played in seven AIHL games and recorded one point.
– Jake Riley: Most recently with Tranås AIF J20 in the J20 Division 1 during the 2019-20 season. Played in 66 AIHL games for the Adelaide Adrenaline and recorded 26 points.
