2022 AIHL season: 6 August results and standings

Day 32 of the 2022 Australian Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Newcastle Northstars and Sydney Ice Dogs. With their win the Ice Dogs move off the bottom of the standings into fifth while Melbourne Ice drop into last place. The CBR Brave remain at the top of the standings, four points clear of the second placed Northstars. Competition resumes tomorrow with the Melbourne Mustangs hosting the Ice Dogs while in exhibition play the Central Coast Rhinos travel to Canberra to take on the Brave.
