Dates for the upcoming 2022–23 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season have been revealed by Ice Hockey South Australia. The regular season looks to be running over three weekends in November, followed by the playoffs on a yet to be confirmed date. If this is the extent of the season then it is vastly different from the 2019–20 season which ran from the November to March with nine rounds and playoffs.
Update (22 September): The dates for the playoffs have now been released by Ice Hockey Victoria.
Update (12 October): The league have shortened the season to a single round to be held in Newcastle from 16 to 20 November.

- Round 1: 11–13 November, Adelaide Ice Arena
- Round 2: 18–20 November, Hunter Ice Skating Stadium
- Round 3: 25–27 November, O’Brien Icehouse
- Playoffs: 9–11 December, O’Brien Icehouse
