Day 4 of the 2022–23 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Melbourne Ice and Perth Inferno. With their win the Melbourne Ice move into first on the standings, edging out the Sydney Sirens on goal difference. Competition resumes on 19 November with the Perth Inferno hosting the Sydney Sirens at the Cockburn Ice Arena.
