Day 8 of the 2022–23 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Sydney Sirens defeating the Adelaide Rush 3–1 at the Macquarie Ice Rink. With their win the Sydney Sirens extend their lead at the top of standings and are now seven points clear of the second placed Perth Inferno. Competition resumes on 3 December with the Melbourne Ice hosting the Adelaide Rush at the O’Brien Icehouse.
