The Australian men’s national team have defeated the New Zealand men’s national team 5–0 in the second game of the 2023 Trans-Tasman Clash at Paradice Botany in Auckland. Australia’s goals were scored by Bayley Kubara, Casey Kubara, Cameron Todd, Kieren Webster and Jamie Woodman while goaltender Charlie Smart saved all eleven shots on goal to pick up the shutout. Australia leads the series two games to nil having won the opening game yesterday. Competition resumes tomorrow for the final match of the three-game series.
