The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced the signing of forward Mackenzie Bolger for the upcoming 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Bolger spent 2022 playing for The Coast in the Pacific Hockey League where he scored a goal and two assists from 19 games. More recently Bolger joined the Sydney Sabres to play in the 2022–23 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season and was part of the Australian men’s under-20 national team at the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championships.
