The CBR Brave have announced the signing of forward Kale Costa for the upcoming 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Costa is currently playing for HC Slovan Ústí nad Labem in the Czech 2. liga where he has 47 points from 47 games. Prior to joining Usti nad Labem Costa had spent 2022 playing for The Coast in the Pacific Hockey League. Costa has previously competed in the AIHL, playing three seasons for the Sydney Ice Dogs between 2017 and 2019.
