2023 AIHL season: 30 April results and standings

Day 7 of the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with wins for the Adelaide Adrenaline and Melbourne Mustangs. With their win the Melbourne Mustangs extend their lead at the top of the Hellyer Conference while the Brisbane Lightning remain in first place in the Rurak Conference. The Melbourne Mustangs also move clear at the top of the league’s combined standings and are now two points clear of the second placed Sydney Bears. Competition resumes on 5 May with the Sydney Bears hosting the Sydney Ice Dogs at the Macquarie Ice Rink for the second game of the Wilson Cup series.
