Day 15 of the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Melbourne Mustangs defeating the Melbourne Ice 9–2 at the O’Brien Icehouse. With their win the Melbourne Mustangs cut the Sydney Bears lead at the top of the Hellyer Conference to four points while the Brisbane Lightning continue to lead the Rurak Conference. The Sydney Bears also remain at the top of the league’s combined standings with a four-point margin over the now second placed Melbourne Mustangs.  Competition resumes tomorrow with games in Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle and Sydney.
