Melbourne Mustangs forward Vadim Virjassov has been named the Skaters Network AIHL Player of the Week for the weekend of 26 to 28 May. Virjassov recorded two goals and two assists in his teams win against the Melbourne Ice on 26 May and a goal and two assists in their win against the Perth Thunder on 27 May.
