The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced that Canadian forward Stefan Fournier won’t be joining the team for the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season due to an upper body injury he sustained during the ECHL playoffs with the Allen Americans. As a result, the club have replaced him in their lineup with the recently signed Brady Heppner.
