Melbourne Ice sign Zoltan-Laszlo Toke

The Melbourne Ice have announced the signing of Romanian goaltender Zoltan-Laszlo Toke for the remainder of the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Toke spent 2022–23 playing for CSM Corona Brasov in the Erste Liga, recording a save percentage of 0.918 from 14 games, and the Campionatul National de Seniori, recording a 0.894 save percentage in 14 regular season games and 0.943 in two playoff games. Between 2011 and 2023 Toke has competed in the Campionatul National de Seniori, Erste Liga (formally the MOL Liga) and the OB II bajnokság. He is also a current member of the Romanian men’s national team, having been part of the team since the 2017 World Championships.
