Day 4 of the 2023–24 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Melbourne Ice defeating the Perth Inferno 6–1 at iceHQ. With their win, the Melbourne Ice extend their lead at the top of the standings and are now five points clear of the second placed Brisbane Lightning. Competition resumes on 11 November with the Adelaide Rush hosting the Sydney Sirens and the Melbourne Ice travel to Brisbane to take on the Brisbane Lightning.
