Brisbane Lightning have released their roster for the 2025 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Comparing to the 2024 roster, it includes twenty-one returning players and five new signings, while eighteen players are released.
The new players include Jakob Doornbos (from Sydney Ice Dogs), Tanner Hopps (from Macon Mayhem), Carson Miller (from Sydney Bears), Alex May, and Matus Trnka (from Adelaide Adrenaline).
The players dropped are Derry Adler, Chance Adrian, Harley Anderson, Mitchell Dyck, Lachlan Fixter, Christian Fuschini, Quentin Greenwood, Tom Harkness, Marcus Henderson, Ronan Hoy, Patrick Ivens, Matthew Lavergne, Stephen McCann, Jordan McTaggart, Curtis Meger, Nicholas Novysedlak (retired), Patrik Popovics, and Anthony Santilli.
