Melbourne Ice forward Tyrone Bronte has signed with Wichita Thunder of the ECHL for the 2025–26 season. It is Bronte’s first season in the ECHL after spending 2024–25 in Croatia playing for KHL Sisak in the Alps Hockey League, Croatian Ice Hockey League, and IIHF Continental Cup. Wichita’s regular season gets underway on 18 October against the Allen Americans.
