The Central Coast Rhinos have announced the signing of Canadian forward Alexandre Boivin for the 2026 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Boivin has spent 2025–26 playing for the Tohoku Free Blades in the Asia League where he scored 23 goals and 29 assists from 43 games. He also made three appearances for Tohoku in the All Japan Ice Hockey Championship, recording four assists.
Between 2010 and 2026, Boivin has spent time playing in the All Japan Ice Hockey Championship, Asia League, Central Canada Hockey League, Coupe de France, Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League, ECHL, IIHF Continental Cup, Ligue Magnus, Québec Major Junior Hockey League, Polska Hokej Liga, and U Sports (previously known as Canadian Interuniversity Sport)
