Melbourne Ice have signed goaltender Liam Scrimshaw for the 2026 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. He made his first appearance as backup to Tatsunoshin Ishida in their 6 June game against the Sydney Ice Dogs at Macquarie Ice Rink. Scrimshaw is currently playing for the Sydney Tigers in Ice Hockey NSW’s Division 1 League where he currently has a save percentage of 0.823 and a goals against average of 3.81 across five games.
