Melbourne Ice have released their roster for the 2026 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Comparing to the 2025 roster, it includes nineteen returning players and six new signings, while fourteen players are released.
The new players include Tristan Fraser, Todd Graham, Lachlan Hodge, Costa Houdalakis, Matthew Last (from Central Coast Rhinos), and Brandon Lucchesi.
The players dropped are Samuel Bartlett (to Melbourne Mustangs), Sebastian Bergholt, David Booth, Declan Bronte, Tyrone Bronte, Flyn Gower, Joey Hughes (to Melbourne Mustangs), Vinnie Hughes, Tatsunoshin Ishida, Sai Lake, Jacob Laver (to Melbourne Ice), Spencer Nave, Kevin Peng, and Thomas Powell.
