Day 7 of the 2022–23 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Sydney Sirens defeating the Adelaide Rush 9–0 at the Macquarie Ice Rink. With their win the Sydney Sirens extend their lead at the top of standings and are now four points clear of the second placed Perth Inferno. Competition resumes tomorrow with the Sydney Sirens hosting the Adelaide Rush in the second game of their double header.
