2017 U20 World Championships: Australia lose to South Korea

The Australian men’s national under-20 team have lost their third game of the 2017 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division II Group B tournament, losing to South Korea 1-4. Forward Lynden Lodge was named best Australian player of the match. In other games of the day Serbia defeated Belgium 6-1 and Spain beat Mexico 10-0. After the end of the third round Australia remain in last place on the standings, eight points behind the leaders Spain. Australia takes on Serbia today in their fourth game of the tournament.
