The Melbourne Ice have announced the signing of Swedish goaltender David Elmgren for the 2020 season. Elmgren has spent the 2019-20 season playing for HC Dalen in the Hockeyettan where he currently has a 0.916 save percentage from 28 games. In addition to the Hockeyettan Elmgren has spent time playing in the HockeyAllsvenskan and Hockeytvåan. For more information see the announcement from the club.
