Day 5 of the 2023–24 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with wins for the Adelaide Rush and Melbourne Ice. With their win, the Melbourne Ice extend their lead at the top of the standings to seven points. The Adelaide Rush move up into second place, pushing the Brisbane Lightning and Perth Inferno down to third and fourth respectively. Competition resumes tomorrow with the Adelaide Rush hosting the Sydney Sirens and the Melbourne Ice taking on the Brisbane Lightning at Boondall.
