The East Coast Super League have named Newcastle Northstars’ Andrew Smardon their Highest Points Scorer for the 2023 season. Smardon recorded a total of 34 points, which included 17 goals and 17 assists, from 14 games for the season. His 17 goals included three powerplay goals and one shorthanded goal. Smardon also led the league in points per game, recording a score of 2.4.
