Newcastle Northstars head coach Kevin Noble has been named the Coach of the Year for the 2026 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Noble finished the regular season with a record of twenty-two wins from thirty games, a result which saw Newcastle claim the regular season title. It is the second time Noble has won the Coach of the Year Award, having previously won in 2022.
