Round 4 of the 2018 Australian Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Melbourne Mustangs, Sydney Ice Dogs, Newcastle Northstars, CBR Brave and Perth Thunder. The Brave return to the top of the standings with the Ice Dogs in second and the Ice dropping to third. Next week seven teams are in action across six games while the Ice Dogs sit the round out on a bye.
