Ice Dogs sign Rumpel

The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced the signing of Canadian goaltender Joel Rumpel for the 2020 season. Rumpel has spent the 2019-20 season playing for Stjernen Hockey in the GET-ligaen where he currently has a 0.897 save percentage from 25 games. In addition to the GET-ligaen Rumpel has spent time playing in the American Hockey League, ECHL and the Elite Ice Hockey League. For more information see the announcement from the club.
