The Adelaide Adrenaline have released their roster for the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Comparing to the Adrenaline’s 2019 roster it includes eight returning players and 23 new signings while 18 are not returning.
The new players include Josh Bortignon (from Adelaide Avalanche), Tyler Boyle, Daniel Chen (from Adelaide Avalanche), Darren Corstens (from Adelaide Avalanche), Jordan Freeman (from Adelaide Avalanche), Julian Friederich (from Adelaide Avalanche), Andrew Hamilton, Jake Hazel (from Adelaide Avalanche), Tyler Leeming (from Adelaide Avalanche), Noah Maley (from Adelaide Avalanche), Jake O’Brien, Daniel O’Handley, Morris O’Handley (from Kenaston Blizzards), Coy Prevost (from Abu Dhabi Storms), Brett Radford (from Evansville Thunderbolts), Jared Siemens (from Adelaide Avalanche), Zachary Steele (from Adelaide Avalanche), Brett Thompson (from Beaumont Chiefs), Matus Trnka (from Adelaide Avalanche), Connor Vermeulen (from Bélougas de Toulouse-Blagnac), Curtis Villani (from Adelaide Avalanche), Darcy Walsh (from North Dundas Rockets) and Kevin Yu.
While the players not returning are Harley Anderson (now with the Brisbane Lightning), Kayne Fedor, Glen Forbes-White (now with the Brisbane Lightning), Alexandre Gauthier, Benjamin Gavoille, Jesse Gordichuk, Jamie Holland, Ales Kratoska, Marcel McGuiness, Remy McGuiness, Kyle Neuber, Josef Rezek, Jake Riley (now with the Melbourne Ice), Andrew Stapleton, Quenton Tombleson, Adam Wise, Sebastian Woodlands (now with the Melbourne Mustangs) and Andrew Zolotarev.
